What are GIT Disorders?
Acronym of Gastrointestinal Tract Disorders, GIT problems is related to the issues that pop up in your gastrointestinal tract or GI or the GI tract. Constipation

Technically, constipation is a disorder in which you struggle to have a regular and smooth bowel movement or the passing of stools. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Irritable bowel syndrome is another GIT disorder which is also known as a nervous stomach, spastic colon, or irritable colon because in this your colon functioning gets disturbed. In fact, in the people suffering from IBS, their colon muscle contracts more often and sometimes even emotional stress can be instrumental in triggering IBS. This problem must also be addressed in the initial stage as if not taken seriously can lead to some severe damage to your colon permanently.

Peptic ulcers
Due to excessive intake of spicy foods and stress, the chances of having Peptic ulcers get increased. Basically, these are open sores which develop in the inside lining of not only your stomach (gastric ulcers) but also in the upper portion of the small intestine (Duodenal ulcers).
