What are lifestyle disorders?
Lifestyle disorders are types of health issues that you develop due to your lifestyle. However, when you have a bad lifestyle that includes more of sedentary work, intake of improper food and no exercise then it can disturb the glucose level in your body by affecting the release of insulin hormone in the pancreas. Obesity is a complex lifestyle disorder that starts with overweight and then leads you to a condition where an excessive amount of body fat is found in your body. Also known as heart diseases, cardiovascular diseases are also most of the times the result of our lifestyle. This type of problem generally refers to conditions in which your blood vessels get narrowed or blocked and lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina), etc.
